I’m an IT Infrastructure Manager in a Small/Medium company. That’s basically “IT Manager minus the Mainframe Team”. This means I wear a lot of hats and have a lot of things to keep up with. My team is in charge of anything with an IP address or a phone number. This includes web development, help desk, copiers, servers, pc’s, and – well you get it – everything.
All the gory details are on the resume and/or LinkedIn.
When I’m not learning new tech stuff, I’m in the shop making wood things, in the kitchen making food things, or sitting here writing things. I am midrange on all of these things – with a lot of learning behind me and much much more to go.
Improving skills requires practice. This is that practice……
This is a really great summary of the event. I was a first time as well and had a blast!
Great job!
